Also, keep an eye on our Preorders section, through which we can minimise the amount of new clothes produced TOGETHER.

minimise your own impact

The way we use our clothes has an impact. Please DO follow carefully the laundry instructions and skip tumble drying when possible. We want to help you take best care of your loved items - please help us prove their longevity by taking good care of them.

If you purchased a product containing polyester, please consider reducing the amount of its washes, or ideally investing in washing machine filters and/or washing bags.

Repair instead of throwing "away"

Many of our clothes has spare buttons and threads for an ease of repairing - please search for them on the care label or the inner seams.

We also offer Repair Kits to make this process smooth and enjoyable for you. Occasionally, we organize the Repair Events, to help you get your favourite items repaired.

Follow us on our Social Channels to learn how to fix our clothes and when our Repair Events take place. Check Google Maps for the local alteration services, if you'd prefer to hand it over to a professional.

GET YOUR INVESTMENT BACK

Now that you invested in either new or preloved relooped item, you can easily sell it back through our online store.

No worries! After 1 year we will send your a reminder to reloop your favourite item and all you need to do is to ship it back or drop it off by our point

Simply manage your orders in Your Account and submit a form with the picture of your clothes for an expert review. We will then coordinate the entire resale process with you.

end of lifecycle instead of throwing "away"

We design our clothes with circularity in mind, which means that most of them can be biodegraded or recycled at the end of their useful cycle.

If you believe that your product can't be repaired or resold any more, please submit a form with us for an extra review from our end. If it meets the conditions, we will take it back and coordinate the end of lifecycle process.

In return for closing the loop, we will share with you an incentive to use for your next purchase.
